Latest update DFX JOURNAL 2008

Since I posted last time, I have now figured out a few new programs that greatly increase your number of older coins that others miss. In a soon upcoming Ebook (The Treasure Hunter's Toolbox, 2nd Edition), I will include some of these programs for the white's DFX owner who wants to find more.

August 19, 2007

I found $6.10 today at the local college campus and a silver catholic medal as well. It was quite warm but not as warm as it has been lately. I started at 4 pm and ended at 7pm I will be shipping the detector to Fairbanks Ak. on the 24th of this month in anticipation of the upcoming trip to Alaska in early September.

I went to Haydenville church and I was suprised to find that the yard was almost devoid of targets. I did find some newer coins there but only one wheat cent.

New Detector on the Horizon?

There are rumors circulating that a new detector is now being developed by a well known company whose name I am not at liberty to reveal. It is supposed to blow away all other machines. I am not certain that a prototype is being tested so, I will update this blog as soon as I find out additional details on this matter.

Too Hot today July 9, 2007

I was thinking of going out to hunt today but it was in the 90's and that is too much to risk heat related illness. It is not worth it for just a little change. It is predicted to cool down later this week so I will try then.

Today, I found $6.39 Included were 14 wheat cents an 1892 indian head cent and a 1961-D silver dime.

I wanted to go hunt today but it rained during the first part of the day. I will go tomorrow since it will be sunny and cooler then. I will have 4 hours to look. Since it rained it will be easier to find the things I want to get. Will continue tomorrow night.
